Bring TQC to your institution

A career-training and placement program that runs on your campus

We bring the training and the placement process. You bring the students and the space.

Why partner with TQC

A program that adds to your placement record, not your workload

1.

More of your students placed

We train your final-year students for the entry-level roles employers are hiring for, and run the placement process that gets them there. Every placement is tracked by cohort, and the outcomes count towards your own placement record.

2.

No cost, and light on your team

There is no course fee and no placement fee, for the college or the student. You don't build the curriculum, source trainers, or run placement drives; we bring all of that and run it on your campus.

3.

It complements your placement cell, it doesn't replace it

This runs alongside the placement work you already do, not against it. We focus on the entry-level roles and the industry tools many degrees don't cover, and we hand you the outcomes for your record.

The partnership

Who does what

We run the program end to end. What we need from your side is small and clearly defined.

What TQC provides

What your institution provides

Our partners

Colleges and nonprofits already running our programs

We run inside partner colleges and nonprofit centres across four states, some of them for several years running.

NavGurukul

Nonprofit

Chhattisgarh, Pune, Bengaluru

Running cohorts with us since 2023

G.G. Khadse College

College

Jalgaon, Maharashtra

Running cohorts with us since 2025

Lighthouse Communities

Nonprofit

Pune

Running cohorts with us since 2025

The Barabari Collective

Nonprofit

Hyderabad

Running cohorts with us since 2026

The institutions that started with us have kept going. NavGurukul has run cohorts with us for three years running. When a college or centre invites us back for the next batch, that is the clearest sign the last one was worth their while.

The outcomes

Outcomes you can report as your own

We measure ourselves on placements, not course completions, the same measure you are held to. Here is what that has produced, and how it reaches your record.

placement rate across students placed and certified

*Data as of August 2026.

We track every placement by cohort. The students placed on your campus count towards your placement record, and we report them back to you the same way. The full record is on our Outcomes page.

The full record, broken out by cohort and institution, sits on our Outcomes page.

Common questions

Questions that placement officers normally asks

We don't start a cohort we can't finish. Once we begin on your campus, we run that batch through to placement, that is the whole point of the program, and our own success depends on it. We are judged on the same thing you are: how many students get placed. The institutions we started with in 2023 are still running cohorts with us, because we finish what we begin.

Yes, both. There is no fee to the college and no fee to the student, at any stage. The program is funded so that training and placement cost neither of you anything. We are a non-profit measured on placements, not on revenue, so a student who trains free and gets placed is exactly the outcome we are funded to produce. There is no later cost and no catch.

No. We work alongside your placement team, not in place of it. We focus on entry-level roles and the industry tools many degrees don't cover, and we bring our own employer relationships. Your team stays in charge of your students and your process; we add capacity and outcomes where they help. Many colleges run us in parallel with their existing drives.

One faculty coordinator who helps us run classes on campus, and lab access during sessions. We bring the curriculum, the trainers, the assessment and the placement process. Your coordinator is our point of contact on the ground, not a second teacher, we are not asking your faculty to deliver the program.

You will hear from us before you hear from a student. We track attendance and assessment every week, and counselling and coaching run through the program, so a struggling student is worked with, not left to drift towards a complaint. If something is going wrong in a batch, we would rather raise it with you early than have it reach your desk as a surprise.

Yes. We sign an MOU with your institution covering what each side provides and how outcomes are reported, and we renew it each year.

Start a conversation using the form below. We'll set up a call to understand your students, your degrees and your timing, and tell you honestly whether and when we can run a cohort with you. Cohorts usually begin in July, at the start of the academic year, so the best time to talk is a few months ahead.
