Training that ends in a job, not just a certificate
Every Quest program is mapped to the roles employers are hiring for, taught on the student's own campus and around their degree. Here is how the programs are built, what they cover, and how to join one.
How it works
How the programs actually run

Two skill sets, taught together
Every track pairs technical training with English and communication, taught side by side from week one. The technical side is mapped to a real entry-level role and the tools it uses. The communication side covers spoken and written English, presentation and interview preparation, because the technical skills get a graduate shortlisted and the communication gets them hired.

About six hours a week, built around the degree
Classes run online: two technical sessions and one communication session each week. That’s about six hours in all, timed to fit around a final-year schedule. Students are assessed every week on the technical work, and throughout the course on communication. They finish with a real project behind them.

Taught by people who've done the work
Courses are run by industry-experienced trainers and volunteer educators. By people who have hired, managed, or worked in these fields, not only taught them.

Support is part of the program, not an add-on
Training alongside a final-year degree is demanding, and most students are doing it while managing everything else in their lives. Counselling and one-to-one coaching run through the program, so a student works through a hard patch instead of walking away from it.
5.
Placement is a process
When a student is job-ready, they enter a structured placement process with our employer partners. We match them to live openings and prepare them for the interviews. We track every placement by role and cohort, and that record is the measure we hold the program to.

Three quests, each built to run alongside a student's final-year degree and lead straight to a real career.
Quest for Business
For BA, BCom & BBA students
Leads to business development, sales, marketing, operations and HR roles. Students train on the tools those teams run on, from Salesforce to the day-to-day marketing and HR platforms.
Quest for Data Analytics
For BCA & BSc Computer Science students
Leads to entry-level data and analytics roles. Students work in Tableau, SQL and Python, on real datasets rather than textbook examples.
Quest for Accounting
For BCom and BBA students
Leads to accounting, finance and junior business roles. Students train on practical accounting in Tally, alongside the CRM skills business teams expect.
How to join
Two ways to join our programs
Most students join through their college. Some find us on their own. Both routes lead to the same training and the same placement process.
Path 1
Through your institution
The Quest Center runs inside partner colleges and nonprofits. If we already work with your institution, the program runs on your own campus, and your college places you into a cohort. Cohorts usually start in July, at the beginning of the academic year, so the best time to ask your placement officer is before then.

Apply directly
Not at a partner college yet? You can still apply. Tell us your degree, your year and where you're studying, and we'll point you to the right track and let you know what's possible
Common questions
Have questions about our programs?
For Students
Is it really free?
Yes. The program is funded, so the training and the placement support cost you nothing. There's no fee at any stage, and no catch later.
How much time will it take?
About 6-8 hours a week, online, for the length of your track. It's built to run around your final-year classes, not on top of an impossible schedule. It is real work, though. Most students are surprised by how much it asks of them, and by how much they can do once they're in it.
What if my English isn't good enough?
You don't need polished English to start. Classes are taught in the language you're comfortable in, and English and communication are part of the training from week one, not something you're expected to already know. Plenty of students come in unsure about their English and leave ready to interview in it.
Will I actually get a job?
That's the whole point of the program, and it's how we measure ourselves: not on who finishes, but on who gets placed. When you're job-ready, you go into a structured placement process with the companies we work with. No one can promise you an offer, and you'll still have to earn it through the interviews. But around 65% of the students who train with us are placed. And we continue to stay reachable to you even after you start your job.

What do graduates actually know how to do?
Each track trains for specific entry-level roles on the tools those roles run on: Salesforce and the day-to-day marketing and HR platforms in Quest for Business; Tableau, SQL and Python in Quest for Data Analytics; Tally and CRM in Quest for Accounting. Every student finishes with a real project and a documented record of assessment. The individual track pages list the skills role by role, and Hire from TQC covers how hiring works.

What do you need from us to run this?
We run the program on your campus, so what we need from you is straightforward.Â
- a minimum batch of 25 eligible final-year students,Â
- computer lab access for them during sessions,Â
- and a faculty contact who helps us run the classes on campus.
We handle the curriculum, the trainers, the assessment and the placement process. Your placement record reflects the outcomes.
