Fund the work. See where it lands.

We train final-year students for real careers, place them, and report where they land. Back a program measured on placements, cohort by cohort, and built to account for them.

Every year, capable graduates leave Tier-2 and Tier-3 colleges with a degree and no clear route into a real career. First-generation students, ready to work, missing the industry training and the connection to employers that the route requires. That gap is what your funding closes.
Why fund TQC

A program your board can stand behind

1.

Measured on placements, tracked by cohort

We measure ourselves on how many students get placed, not how many finish a course, and we track it cohort by cohort. That is the number a board asks for, and the one we report against.

2.

Eligible for CSR, and tax-deductible

The Quest Center operates under ASTS Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit registered since 2023. It holds an 80G certificate, so donations qualify for tax deduction, and a CSR eligibility certificate, so corporate CSR funds can be routed to it cleanly.

3.

Funds go to delivery, and come back as outcomes

Money is directed to training and placement, and reported against results, not activity. TQC has already received and managed institutional funding and run paid delivery partnerships, so there is a track record of handling funds and reporting on them.

The partnership

What your funding does, and what comes back

What your funding delivers

Your funding runs the program end to end: training on a partner campus, coaching, and the placement process that gets students into real jobs. We deliver it, track every placement, and report it back cohort by cohort.

Funding partners back the whole path, from training to placement. On our current record, roughly two in three certified graduates are placed in real careers, and you see the record for every one.

What you get back

Back a program, and you get its full record back in writing: who was trained, who was placed, and where.

Every figure reconciles to the public record on our Outcomes page, so your board sees the same numbers anyone can.

Common questions

What funders ask before they commit

Yes to both. The Quest Center operates under ASTS Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit with 80G certification, so donations qualify for tax deduction, and a CSR eligibility certificate, so corporate CSR funds can be directed to it under Schedule VII. The full governance record is on our About Us page

Yes. Funding can be directed to a particular program, a particular partner campus, or a state where you already work, and reported back on that basis. If your CSR focus is a specific geography or skill area, tell us and we will show you where it fits.

A written record for the students you fund: who was trained, who was placed, and where, reported at the close of the cohort and reconciled to the public figures on our Outcomes page.

We stay engaged with every certified graduate, continuing to coach and connect them to openings after the cohort ends. We report placement honestly, cohort by cohort, including the students still working towards a role. A number you can check is worth more than a number that flatters.

The Quest Center has run cohorts inside partner campuses since 2023 and placed graduates across four states. CSR eligibility is recent, so corporate CSR funding is a new route for us, but the delivery record behind it is not new.

Yes. Funders are welcome to visit a partner campus and see a cohort in session, meet the trainers, and talk to students directly. We would rather you saw the work than took our word for it. Once we understand your timing, we will arrange a visit to a site that fits.

Not yet. The Quest Center can receive Indian corporate CSR funding and domestic donations today, but it is not currently registered under FCRA, which is what Indian law requires before an organisation can accept foreign contributions. FCRA registration is on our roadmap. If you are an international funder, talk to us and we will tell you plainly where things stand and what is possible now.
